Terms of purchase

All orders are paid via Klarna, a security for you as a customer. This means that Klarna’s buyer protection is included and you can choose between several different payment options. Card, bank, invoice or account.


Delivery takes place within a few weekdays after we receive your order. You will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your order. When you pick up the package from your agent, check that the package is not damaged. If so, report this directly to your agent. All our deliveries are made by Post Nord. For all purchases a shipping fee of SEK 49 will be charged.
For the sake of the environment, we collaborate with other companies regarding the reuse of packaging, which means that we often pack in other brands’ outer cartons.

If you have chosen pick-up at the salon, it normally takes 1-2 weekdays. We will notify you as soon as you can come by and pick up your order.


You have a 14-day right of return / withdrawal from the day the delivery reaches your delivery point. The product must be in unopened packaging and in undamaged external condition. Mail us at shop@abeautylight.se and ask for a return note. Fill in the return slip and package with the item. You pay for the return shipping yourself. You are also responsible for the product reaching us in good condition. As soon as we have received the product in undamaged condition, we start the return order. Refund will then be made within a few days.

Customer satisfaction is important to us

Of course, we want our customers to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. The skin care products we sell are of very good quality. If you want further help with choosing products or have questions about how to use them, write directly to us via messenger, DM, SMS or email. We respond as soon as we have the opportunity.
