Terms of purchase

We have several different payment options. You can choose between our two suppliers. Woo Commerce pay (Stripe) which offers: Card payments, Google pay & Apple Pay as well as Klarna where their buyer protection is included and you can choose between several different payment options: Card, bank, invoice or account.


Physical goods
Delivery takes place within a few working days after we receive your order. You will receive a tracking number and link to track your order. When you collect the package from your agent, check that the package is not damaged. If this is the case, report this directly to the agent. All our deliveries are made with Post Nord. We charge a fixed shipping fee of SEK 49. For the sake of the environment, we collaborate with other companies regarding the reuse of packaging, which means that we often package in other brands’ outer cartons.

If you have chosen collection in the salon, it normally takes 1-2 weekdays. We will let you know as soon as you can stop by and pick up your order.

Digital goods
When purchasing digital goods, they are sent via email within a few working days. You are responsible for providing the correct email address and for checking spam. If something goes wrong along the way, contact us as soon as possible and we will of course solve it!


Physical goods
You have a 14-day right of return/cancellation from the day the delivery reaches your delivery point. The product must be in unbroken packaging and in undamaged external condition. Email us at shop@abeautylight.se and ask for a return slip. Fill it in and package with the item. You pay for the return shipping yourself. You are also responsible for the product reaching us in good condition. As soon as we have received the product in undamaged condition, we start the return order. Refunds are made the same way you chose to pay for your item.

Digital goods
You have 14 days to return/cancel from the day the delivery reaches your email. The product must not have been used. Email us at shop@abeautylight.se and ask us for a cancellation form. Fill it out and email it back to us. Refunds are made the same way you chose to pay for your item.

Customer satisfaction is important to us

Of course, we want our customers to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. The skin care products we sell are of very good quality. If you want further help with choosing products or have questions about how to use them, write directly to us via messenger, DM, SMS or email. We respond as soon as we have the opportunity.
