Make an appointment for treatment

Here you can book an appointment for treatment* yourself. You can also book a consultation. If you want, we take the consultation digitally via phone, Zoom, Teams or Whats app.

If you need help with your booking, text, email, DM or send us a message and we will help you.

We sometimes have free time on the same day. You can always send us an text message (sms) with a request. We respond as quickly as we can if time allows.

Payment is made on site and we prefer Swish.
We also offer card payment or cash (bring even money). You can also pay with Revolut, join here or Klarna. For those of you who want to buy a larger treatment regimen, it is also possible to split the payment  interest free via SVEA

We have another special payment plan for green laser treatments, Club Emerald. Suitable for courses of at least 12. We present this on site or at a consultation.

Missed visits are charged according to the regular price list and all cancellations made later than 24 hours are charged with a fixed fee of SEK 400. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the time is considered spent and you will be charged with the fixed fee of SEK 400. Note in case of late arrival, we may need to shorten your processing time.

A waiting time of a maximum of 15 minutes can occur. If the therapist becomes ill or has to care for children, the cancellation should be notified to the customer no later than 12 hours before the booked time, but has the right to cancel the time with even shorter notice.

If staff become ill or care for children, other qualified staff may need to perform the treatment.

Most people get visible improvements, but unfortunately we can never give any guarantees as to how exactly your result will be. We often work with before and after pictures that we anonymously have the right to publish, for example on our website.

Treatment packages / cures purchased are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, can never be refunded and are personal. Exceptions are if a medical certificate can be presented and then you can transfer your treatments to the person you want in writing.

Diseases / medicines:
You should always tell your therapist if you have any illnesses or allergies. If you take any medication, this should of course also be discussed before treatment. If you are unsure, always consult your doctor before treatment about your condition. It is your responsibility to tell if you have any illness or other health related issues.

Cancellation is made by the customer himself through the information he receives via the booking confirmation and also on the reminder email. In case of acute illness now during Covid-19, you can of course cancel even at short notice. Then send an SMS or DM.
