We work exclusively with proven, certified and modern machines from world-leading manufacturers such as DEKA and Erchonia. Our equipment includes:

Clear instructions before treatment
For laser, this includes:
- avoid sun before and after
- shave, don’t wax
- no sunless tanning products
- avoid heat, exercise and sauna for the first 24 hours after
For other treatments (e.g. peeling, microneedling, Cryopen) you will receive customized instructions.
An honest assessment of whether a treatment is right for you
We never perform treatments that we don’t think will give you results or where safety is affected, for example:
- white / gray / red hair (laser does not work)
- medicines that make you sensitive to light
- recently tattooed skin
- active acne or infection in the treatment area
- pregnancy with certain types of treatment
Clear expectations about results
We always explain:
- why laser requires 6–12 treatments
- why the face and hormonal areas may need more
- why “touch ups” are often needed annually
- why some treatments (e.g. Emerald) give gradual results

Risks:

- risk of hypopigmentation
- several sessions required
Prevention:
- point energy, never heating
- gradual treatment instead of aggressive removal
Emerald fat reduction
No risks whatsoever:
- no heat – no burns
- no nerves, muscles or skin are negatively affected
- Skin treatments (peelings, microneedling, Cryopen, etc.)
Risks:
- dryness, flaking
- slight redness
- infection
- small microbleeds (microneedling)
- pigment loss (cryopen)
Prevention:
- medical sterility
- correct needle depth / heat setting
- soothing aftercare
