- Training may be performed a maximum of once every three days but otherwise unlimited for 6 months from the purchase of membership.
- Bookings and cancellations can be made as close as one hour before the selected/booked time.
- If you fail to show up without canceling your appointment, your membership will be shortened by one week each time.
- You have the option to freeze your membership for one month upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- A membership cannot be transferred.
- You must have made a “First visit” and be able to start the chair yourself in order to book/purchase the self-service service for Dr. Arnold.
- This service requires prepayment via BokaMera in connection with your booking.
You will receive a payment request upon booking and you then have 45 minutes to pay, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. If you have already purchased a membership, click on Prepaid club member 0kr when booking. - You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided that you have not had any treatment.
- If you have had treatments during the 14-day period, you still have a right of withdrawal, but a fee of 700kr for each treatment performed will be deducted from the purchase amount.
- Refunds later than 14 days from purchase will not be accepted.
The 10-time clip card for assisted visits to Dr. Arnold is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
