THINGS TO THINK ABOUT AFTER THE TREATMENT
Treatment with LLLT laser (cold laser) has no prescribed contraindications.
There is nothing you need to think about after a treatment for Longevity, Mental performance, Sports performance and Healing & Pain reduction.
For fat reduction
To achieve the expected results, here are some tips you should follow.
The first three days after treatment:
* Drink extra water! Preferably stick to plain water without any additives.
* Avoid soda, juice, milk, sports drinks and the like. Stick to water!
* Avoid alcohol completely.
* Reduce or avoid coffee.
* Reduce or avoid sugar in all its forms.
* Do low-intensity exercise such as walking every day.
* Feel free to perform lymph-stimulating techniques such as deep breathing, arm swinging, self-massage, etc.
This advice is to help the body’s lymphatic system clear the free fatty acids released during treatment out of the body via the lymphatic and circulatory system. The better your lymphatic system works, the better results you will get!
There are two reasons why we advise against drinking anything other than water. Often, what we drink is our largest intake of sugars. Alcohol and coffee are diuretics and the body needs extra fluid, not losing fluid. If you absolutely want to exercise at high intensity (so that you sweat a lot) think about drinking even more water. In this way, we help the body to cleanse and burn waste products.
NEXT APPOINTMENT
Treatment with LLLT laser (cold laser) can be done daily if desired.
Longevity, Mental performance and Sports performance you do as often as you feel like it. For Healing & Pain reduction we recommend 2-3 times a week for two to three weeks. Additional treatments as needed. For fat reduction we recommend at least 6-10 treatments performed 1-2 times a week with at least 2 days between treatments.
