THINGS TO THINK ABOUT AFTER THE TREATMENT

There is nothing special to think about after a workout with Wonder. As with all workouts, you can get muscle soreness. To help your body build muscle more easily, you should make sure you get enough protein.

NEXT APPOINTMENT

We recommend training 1-2 times a week, but you can of course supplement your regular training with a Wonderpass every now and then. You should have at least 2 days between two training sessions.
